Cuckoo's Nest

I’ve watched Grey Gardens so many times when getting my daughter to sleep that tonight she pointed to Big Edie and said “Grandma”.  Big Edie looks nothing like my mother so I’m inclined to think my daughter is now viewing her as another grandmother.  She’ll be the only child in school who says she’s wearing “the best costume for the day”.
